Meet Joe,
Owner & Electrician
My uncle introduced me to the idea of becoming an electrician. I’ve always preferred working with my hands so it seemed like a good fit.
Once I started down the road of becoming an electrician, I knew this was the path for me. Shortly after being certified as a red seal electrician, I started Koop Electrical and haven’t looked back.
I’m passionate about growing my team of top-tier electricians to help meet the growing demand for quality electrical services in Calgary. I especially enjoy working with clients and taking the time to understand what their vision is and bring it to life!
Calgary has been my home for the last 25 years, and I absolutely love this city.
Koop Electrical was founded in 2023 by Joe Koop, a Red Seal journeyman electrician with 7 years in the trade. Every job starts with a free flat-rate quote and upfront pricing.

Based in southeast Calgary, we serve all Calgary quadrants plus Airdrie, Chestermere, Cochrane and Okotoks. There are no travel fees within Calgary.
